Steel, Refractories, and Nonferrous Metals
Even in this modern high-tech age, steel and nonferrous metals remain vitally important as the foundation of industry. By supplying chemicals to these fields and proactively providing the latest technologies and information, we support the core pillars of industry. We are also actively developing various materials and imported raw materials required for the refractories and ceramic products that are essential for the manufacture of metal products. In the field of nonferrous metal refining, we are expanding our sales of chemicals for metal recycling and equipment materials, focusing on auxiliary raw materials in the manufacturing process.
PICK UP Materials
Steel plate detergents
The steel plate detergents provided by Ohara are highly effective for removing substances such as oil or iron powder from the surface of steel plates. In manufacturing or other processes where the cleanliness of the steel plate surface is important, these detergents deliver stable cleaning performance and excellent workability. Furthermore, the formulations are designed to support lower temperatures depending on the conditions, helping to reduce both energy consumption and the environmental impact.
Refractory binders
The refractory binders handled by Ohara are high-performance binding materials that deliver outstanding adhesive performance and durability, even in hot environments. These are widely used for the manufacture and construction of various refractory products, such as firebricks, castables, and mortar, contributing to improved quality of heat-resistant structures and higher construction efficiency. Our lineup accommodates diverse customer applications and performance requirements, such as inorganic, organic, and special specification products, and we can respond flexibly to customization.
