Paper and Pulp

The handling of paper and pulp related chemicals in a way that is considerate of the natural environment has become an urgent issue all around the world. In the field of paper production, we provide products in numerous areas from manufacturing to wastewater processing, and we are also taking proactive measures to protect the environment. Furthermore, we have established a distribution base at our Ishinomaki Office to support the supply of chemicals, focusing on paper and pulp related operations in the Tohoku region.

Paper chemicals raw materials

The itaconic acid handled by Ohara is used as a raw material in paper strengthening agents. We have established an inventory located in Japan and can respond flexibly to packaging requests using paper bags, flexible containers, or container transfer.

Paper chemicals

The aluminum sulfate manufactured at our Ishinomaki Factory is used as a sizing agent (bleeding prevention) in paper chemicals. It is also used as a flocculant in wastewater operations, and tanker truck deliveries focused on the Tohoku region are available.
