    • In April 2020, Ohara implemented a non-smoking policy during work hours at all our worksites in Japan.
    • In addition to compliance with regulations related to work style reform, we are also taking further steps to promote reform.
    • Focusing on the “mental” aspect of physical and mental health, we are implementing mental health care measures, such as establishing a contact point for help.
    • In addition to continuing our 100% record of employee enrollment in periodic health examinations, we encourage employees to undergo secondary examinations, such as follow-up tests and more detailed examinations. We also encourage employees to have their families receive health examinations to promote overall family health.
Note that in addition to the 2024 Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health Program of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Ohara also acquired Step 1 (Silver Certification) under the Healthy Company Declaration Program of the Tokyo Federation of Health Insurance Associations in September 2018, and we are currently working to acquire Step 2 (Gold Certification).
